Xorq
Xorq is a mission control for your data, letting enterprise teams talk to their sets using natural language. It sits on top of existing architecture, and becomes the source of truth for code that can move between local, dev and prod without rewrite.

Winning trust in enterprise data teams, from a standing start
Xorq's ICP anchored on enterprise data teams. They make high-risk decisions, have little time and as such, make snap decisions about whether to trust a brand. The inherited solution was not only temporary, but felt like a serious blocker for a brand that wanted to grow their appeal.

A terminal-inspired identity built to scale with the brand
From our kick-off, everyone wanted Xorq to feel credible and clear, in everything from their identity to their messaging. We partnered with branding studio "Don't Call It Jack" to craft a terminal-inspired identity, adapted to suit all digital and print formats. And from there, a design system and messaging framework was used to scale the brand properly across all facets, especially their digital presence. Our site build included support for an MCP (Model Context Protocol), which would allow the Xorq team to make edits (and add content) through Claude Code, without breaking the brand. As the team came from a technical background, this design was made to transition into a GitOps build, to match how they already work.

Stronger uptake and leadership growth within weeks
With the revised look and messaging due to launch, internal and stakeholder reactions have already been strongly positive. Xorq has observed greater uptake from design partners, growth in leadership (3 to 5) and added legitimacy across their new app.
