We also collect information automatically through Google Tag Manager, which we use to implement Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads pixels. These help us serve more effective digital advertisements and use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your device and browsing activity while you're on our site.
4. Why we collect, hold and use your personal information
We collect and use your personal information for the purpose of:
- Responding to your booking or enquiry;
- Communicating with you about our services, including briefs, quotes and project management;
- Scheduling and managing appointments or consultations;
- Maintaining records of our business dealings with you; and
- Serving relevant advertising about our products and services, such as our packages and case studies, and suppressing ads where they're no longer relevant to you.

This is handled through Google's own encrypted matching process within Google Ads, which we do not have direct visibility into.

We disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties, each acting as a service provider to us:
- Google, through our use of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, to help us serve and measure relevant advertising, and to match scheduling data for ad targeting and suppression purposes as described above;
- LinkedIn, through our use of LinkedIn Ads, to help us serve and measure relevant advertising; and
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), which securely hosts our CRM. We feed largely public contact details you provide, limited to company name, email address, website and name, into this CRM to manage our communications with clients and prospects, including briefs, quotes and project management.
We do not disclose your personal information to these third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We otherwise disclose personal information only:
- Where required or authorised by law (for example, to a regulator or court); or
- Where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
6. Overseas disclosure
Personal information may be disclosed to or stored by the following overseas recipients:
- Google (including via our appointment booking tool, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager), which may store or process information on servers located outside Australia;
- LinkedIn, which may store or process information on servers located outside Australia; and
- AWS, which hosts our CRM and may store information on servers located outside Australia depending on the region our infrastructure is configured in.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas in this way, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient handles that information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent required by law.
7. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our appointment booking tool runs on Google's secure infrastructure, advertising data matching is handled through Google's encrypted service within Google Ads, and our CRM runs on a secured AWS server. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to implement Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads pixels on our website. These help us serve more effective digital advertisements, such as promoting our packages and case studies, measure the performance of our ads, and, where appropriate, stop showing ads to people who've already engaged with us.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
